A refreshing weekend with my family at Fraser Hill. Actually it was a work trip, but I took the opportunity to bring my family up the hill for a vacation plus work. It was a three hour trip to Fraser Hill. It's supposed to be a two hour trip, but coincidently, the 'penamaan calon' happened to be on the same day at Hulu Selangor. We got stuck at Kuala Kubu Baru nearly one and a half hour.But nevermind, we got there at 2pm, check in the Silverpark Resort and had lunch which was already prepared for us. The scenery was really nice, its windy and the temperature was 22 degrees (18 degrees at night!). I can see Ali was so excited to be in a new place. He kept looking everywhere, absorbing new things like a sponge. For dinner we had bbq, prepared by the MRA's and Muslim Aid's volunteers. Its quite a nice work trip and its great to avoid the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. I just loved the fresh air which is hardly to sniff in KL.
I would recommend to visit Fraser Hill, to relax and to have a piece of mind. For the route, should opt for Selayang - Rawang - Kuala Kubu Baru - Fraser Hill (2 hours driving).
